Salary: £36,960 per year
Our client, a leading supermarket chain based in Andover is currently looking to recruit Class 1 drivers on a Temporary to Permanent basis.
Class 1 drivers on both Days and Nights will be expected to complete up to 7 drops per shift to stores around South West England. In return you will receive a competitive salary of £36,960 per annum, plus overtime above the contracted 48 hours at time and third. In addition you will receive 33 days holiday per year including Bank Holidays, a Government Backed Pension Scheme, and Ongoing Driver Training including regular CPC courses.
Successful Applicants will be required to pass a Driving Test and a Tachograph (Driver Hours) Test, and must have held their licence for a minimum of 12 months with proven 6 months UK driving experience in a Class 1 vehicle.
Permanent Contracts will be offered to Applicants who successfully complete a 12 week qualification period.
