Claims Handler – Subsidence

Salary: £26,000 – £30,000 per year

Are you familiar with taking a customer through the full claims journey from login a claim to making sure they are handled efficiently and completed over the require time frame?

You will be responsible for communicating with customers, or their representatives, as well as liaising with many different stakeholders to discuss their current subsidence problems and take them through the journey to get the claim processed efficiently and effectively.

This role is fast paced working within provided guidelines ensuring structure to keep the company on track to deliver an exceptional customer experience to the required standards and agreements.
