Cantello Tayler Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Claims Handler to join our client based in Egham.

The successful Claims Handler will be responsible for:

• Managing customer relations
• Taking inbound and outbound calls
• Handling non-fault motorcycle Claims
• Recording information accurately on the claim management system
• Providing customers with claims updates

The Claims Handler will have:

• Experience in a claims handling role
• Good understanding of the ABI GTA
• Good knowledge of Credit Hire case law
• Keen eye for detail.
• Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
• Confident telephone manner
