An experienced Claims Consultant is needed to lead a quantum claims team on a multi-million pound construction project nearing completion.

Location: Grimsby

Rate: Negotiable

Duration: 12 weeks

Start: ASAP

Duties

· Project manage the production of the claims documents to support the claims

· Lead and manage the claims team and the production of the detailed supporting documents to substantiate the claim entitlement and quantum

· Co-ordinate the experts, legal, quantum, architectural to assist in supplying the information to support the claims

· Lead the commercial team

· Settle the final account within the parameters agreed

This role will be suitable for an experienced claims consultant who can oversee a team of construction & legal experts, managing and advising on contractual issues potentially in court.
