Civils Contracts Manager

Salary: £60,000 – £72,000 per year

Civils Contracts Manager – Required for our client, a Civil Engineering / Building Contractors, based in Ellesmere Port. The Contracts Manager will be completing a broad array of duties, based from head office, visiting numerous sites across the North West. They are looking for an all-rounder that can run small jobs and ones up to £1 million +.

The Work Stream includes, Groundworks, RC Frames, Sewers, D&B projects and Fit-outs to name a few. Projects span the Residential and Commercial sectors ranging between £50k and £1 million in value.

Civils Contracts Manager Position Overview

• Working for a Civil Engineering & Building Contractors based in Ellesmere Port
• Completing a range of Contract Management duties
• Works include; Groundworks, RC Frames, Sewers, D&B projects and Fit-outs
• Projects between £50k and £1 million in value across the Commercial, Industrial and Residential sectors
• Company turnover circa £5 million- looking to double this over the next 3 years’.

Civils Contracts Manager Position Requirements

• Living within commuting distance of Ellesmere Port
• Previous experience in a Contracts Manager role
• Must have excellent technical knowledge
• Ability to communicate well with both Clients and our workforce / supply chain
• Good tenure (must be looking for a long term role)
• Ideally from a Civil Engineering background
• Hold all relevant site certificates
