Salary: £33,600 – £48,000 per year
My client is a successful niche Legal Practice based in Manchester and with success comes growth so they need to expand their Civil Litigation Solicitor Team.
They are looking for an experienced Civil Litigation Fee Earner or would consider a newly qualified solicitor, who has dispute resolution experience.
You would be joining a multi-service law firm with a loyal and growing national and international client base and you would be part of a professional, modern law firm with huge scope for progression.
You will be responsible for the successful management of civil litigation/dispute matters from inception to conclusion.
The position can be remote (home), office-based or a combination of the two.
Your Day will involve:
· Handling a broad range of disputes including property disputes, debt recovery, professional negligence, tax disputes, commercial disputes, immigration matters
· Assess and vet potential new claims
· Deal with complex and non-routine cases exercising appropriate levels of delegation and risk management
