An urgent requirement for a Civil Litigation Solicitor is wanted for an excellent Leamington Spa based high street opportunity. Applications are invited from Civil Litigation Solicitors at NQ+ PQE dealing with a broad range of Civil Litigation matters. Salary is upwards of £32,400and offers a market leading benefits package. Support will be provided to the successful applicant.
A highly regarded, firm of Solicitors my client is a full service law firm delivering high quality legal advice to individuals, medium to large business.
The Civil Litigation Solicitor will manage a full and varied caseload of Civil Litigation matters. Day to day duties will include the management of a varied caseload on behalf of individuals which includes boundary disputes, residential landlord and tenant issues and contract disputes and general civil disputes. Fee earners should expect to be challenged and stimulated on a daily basis.
