Salary: £26,000 per year

Support Worker – Children’s service

Northampton or Corby

Salary: Unqualified £26,000per year, Qualified £26,000 per year, Waking Night £

Day staff will be required to work 16 hour long days 7.30 am 10.30 pm – one on and two off plus sleep ins

Waking Night staff will be required to work 10 hour shifts from 10 pm to 8 am – 4 on, 4 off pattern

Ivy Recruitment is currently seeking Support Workers to join our clients expanding business to work within a residential service for children.

The role:

You will be required to support children and young people who have emotional and behavioural problems within a residential setting.

Suitable candidates ideally will have some experience of working within childcare, education or residential care however full training is provided for people who have no experience and are wishing to build a career within children’s services.

Qualifications:

No qualifications are required however the company would require you to work towards a QCF level 3 in children and young peoples workforce and complete this within the first year, this will be provided by the company and done whilst working.
