Chief Financial Officer

A Chief Financial Officer is required for a leading engineering company based just outside of Bristol.

The ideal CFO candidate will be an excellent leader since all relative departments of the organization will be under their command, including those based overseas in Thailand, China, Germany, Hong Kong and Singapore.

The goal is to protect the company’s revenues and profits to achieve full financial control and sustainable growth.

Chief Financial Officer Responsibilities:

* Drive the company’s financial planning
* Perform risk management by analysing the organization’s liabilities and investments
* Decide on investment strategies by considering cash and liquidity risks
* Control and evaluate the organization’s fundraising plans and capital structure
* Ensure cash flow is appropriate for the organization’s operations
* Supervise all finance personnel for multiple international sites
* Manage vendor relationships
* Prepare reliable current and forecasting reports

Chief Financial Officer Key Requirements:

* Proven background in a similar position as a CFO, Finance Director or similar.
* Previous experience in an engineering or similar environment.
* You must have managed multi-national sites finances, including both Europe and the Far East.
* In depth knowledge of corporate financial law and risk management practices
* Excellent knowledge of data analysis and forecasting methods
* Proficient in the use of MS Office and financial management software (e.g. SAP)

Chief Financial Officer Package Details:

A flexible starting salary, negotiable depending on experience.
