Our Client is a manufacturer of Lithium chemicals experiencing fast growth. Winners of Queen’s awards for industry, they work to a high standard, offer a professional work environment and great opportunities for career progression.

This company is due to triple in size over the next 2 years.

They have 3 manufacturing sites in Basingstoke and are looking for experienced Chemical Process Engineers to join them in all Basingstoke locations.

The Chemical Engineering roles are to work on:

– pilot plant design, operation and optimisation

-current process development and improvement projects

-scale-up design for major new capital projects

– to manage and run capital projects

Ideal candidates will be

• Well educated with a degree in Chemical Engineering
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a chemical engineering role in a manufacturing business
• Used to running projects in terms of timing, financials and budget control.
• Great communicators with ability to work collaboratively.
• CAD Users
• Great Excel, maths and physics skills
• Might be from a pharma, food, cosmetics background
