We urgently require an experienced and motivated Chef de Partie, or Commis chef looking to take the next step, to join a passionate and creative team in a 2 rosette Hotel situated in Windermere, close to transport links and amenities.

You will have proven experience working to a minimum of a 1 rosette standard, ideally within a large kitchen environment, excellent attention to detail, a creative flair across all sections of the kitchen and the ability to work under pressure which maintaining standards. You will also have relevant qualifications for the role along with the desire to progress your career.
