The Offer
Position – Chef de Partie & Junior Sous Chef
Salary – CDP £26,000dependent on experience + Tips.

A fantastic privately owned 4 star hotel set in 50acres of land with its own fishing lake, spa and indoor swimming pool this is truly a stunning venue. The Hotel offers 36 spacious rooms with a dining capacity of 70 covers that produce food to a 2 rosette standard.
What they are looking for
Ideally you need to have a solid background as a Chef de Partie with a great understanding & track record of rosette cuisine, ingredients & worked within a similar environment. Also to be passionate, driven and dedicated not only to push yourself and your career but to help build & maintain a great existing kitchen brigade.
What we are looking for
Motivated individuals who approaches all tasks with enthusiasm
Extensive experience with fresh, local and seasonal produce
Deliver food consistently under pressure
Up to date food hygiene certificate
Passionate about the quality of your work
Keen to learn more and develop yourself further in the kitchen
Have a good understanding / knowledge of health and safety
