Location: Evesham, Worcestershire
A Chauffeur is required in the first instance to drive the MD to and from work. The Chauffeur must be willing to be flexible with their working hours and available for evening and weekend duties when necessary. A weekly outline of commitments will be given however these are likely to change at short notice. Availability, being prepared and able to quickly adapt to sudden changes of plan are essential.

Daily duties will commence from the Executive’s home. The Chauffeur must have the very highest standard of personal presentation and professional conduct. The Chauffeur will also be required to ensure that the vehicle is maintained and clean at all times.
Responsibilities:
To chauffeur MD to and from business meetings in the office or other locations, as well as to airports and other business functions including conferences, events and dinners that may start and finish outside the normal business day and very occasionally at weekends;
To confirm schedule and plan appropriate routes to take account of traffic, parking and weather conditions and ensure his punctual arrival at all appointments;
To drive legally and to ensure passenger comfort and safety at all times;
To carry out a daily safety check including lights, indicators, tyre condition & pressure, check fluid levels and adjust when necessary;
To keep company car in immaculate condition and serviced in line with the vehicle manufacturers recommendations;
To ensure that during the day, chauffeur vehicles are parked securely on site when not required for chauffeuring duties;
To valet car, both interior & exterior, to a high standard;
To ensure bottled water, refreshments are always available in the car;
To undertake other driving or other duties when services are not required;
To be professional and discreet and to respect the need for total confidentiality at all times;
To ensure the vehicle is immediately available at the end of meetings, dinners or events so that Executive schedules run smoothly;
To be of smart appearance and punctual at all times.
Knowledge, skills and qualifications required:
Essential:
Excellent chauffeuring skills
Flexibility
Proficient driving skills including advanced/defensive driver training and able to evidence the last 5 years
Excellent all round communication skills
to carry out daily general vehicle safety checks and identify potential service requirements
Ability to handle difficult situations with tact and diplomacy
Holds a full, clean UK driving licence
Own a vehicle to get to and from Executive’s home
Military or police driving experience and/or background ideal
