Our client is a one of the UK and Ireland’s leading and most progressive property consultancies that operate in sectors such as retail, industrial, leisure, heritage/listed, commercial and public sector. They provide an outstanding service of project and professional Building works such as Dilapidations, construction project management, refurbishment and fit out project management, Building Surveys and reporting, construction cost consultancy.

They are looking to strategically recruit a Chartered Building Surveyor to their Sheffield office due to an increase in workload. The role itself would be a varied one conducting a healthy blend of project work and core Building Surveying work meeting the demands of their key public and private sector clients such as BBC, AXA, Boots, Tesco, Heineken, Henderson, HSBC, Mapeley and Lloyds banking group just to name a few.

The ideal candidate must be someone who isn’t afraid to take the initiative and have a tenacious work ethic. You will be part of a team of 2, working directly under the director of that office. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop as an individual in both skill and technical knowledge working under a well-known household name.
