Salary: £26,000 per year
Our client is seeking a C+E (HGV 1) driver to drive a variety of HGV 1 & 2 Waste/recycling vehicles, including C+E roll on roll off vehicles, C1E truck and trailer skip combinations and Category C skip vehicles.
Drivers are required to make deliveries to both domestic and commercial clients, delivering empty skips etc. and collecting filled skips. Drivers are also required to accurately complete relevant delivery/collection paperwork and obtain client signatures.
Day work, Monday to Friday plus alternate Saturdays (no nights out).
Regular overtime is available and on target earnings in the region of £22-25K are the norm.
The successful applicant will commence on a fixed term contract basis and upon the successful completion of the initial contract will transfer to our clients permanent driver team.
