Get the App Our client is a fast growing and highly profitable construction consultancy and they are looking to recruit an RMaPS accredited CDMc / H&S Advisor to take the lead and manage a variety of commercial and industrial projects for major blue chip clients covering a region from Birmingham to the south coast.

The company are headquartered in the north west and have several operational / delivery offices around the UK with the main CDM and H&S function being based in the north west. To that end the client is looking to recruit an RMaPS accredited CDMc with a NEBOSH diploma or similar and ideally Grad IOSH to manage multiple projects ranging in value between £50K and £15 million for a range of blue chip commercial and retail clients.

The role will require you to travel to various sites, client meetings and projects in either a CDM or H&S capacity promoting the company’s services adding value for future projects. The company clients come from a variety of sectors including retail, plant and energy services, public and private sector institutions and SMEs. There will be extensive travel with the role with roughly 50% of your time office based and 50% on site, you will provide a mixture of CDM, project H&S support, programme works and day to day operational CDM and H&S.

The client offers an excellent opportunity to work in autonomous role managing your own diary and client portfolio with a base salary up to £60,000depending on similar experience and suitability for the role. What the client is looking for

Essential
• 3-5 years exp in standalone CDM role
• RMaPS
• At least Grad IOSH
• H&S qualification – NEBOSH / NVQ Level 4 etc
• Excellent client facing and communication skills
• Valid UK driving license
