Are you a strong people manager with great interpersonal skills? Do you have a passion for mental health? We have a brand new, exciting opportunity to join our growing business as a Case Manager, where you will play a big part behind the scenes in ensuring our patients recieve a world-class service!

In this role you will line manage a team of permanent employees and provide case management to a network of mental health professionals. You will have ownership of the quality and audit framework ensuring our clinical network is meeting the required standards, conducting audits into record keeping, attendance rates and managing non-clinical sweeps and non-clinical complaint investigations.

Part of Acacium Group, Xyla Digital Therapies is one of the fastest growing, flexible mental health services in the UK, providing an extensive range of therapeutic methods. We have robust partnerships, strong clinical leadership and a network of 2,500+ skilled clinicians. We have 4,000 patients in treatment, assessing an additional 1,000 patients a week, running 55 IAPT services fastest growing digital mental health service providing into the NHS in the country. We have 1,200 patients in counselling treatment currently and we are always growing!

Every day you will…

  • Provide case management and conduct caseload audits of the clinical network, supporting therapists who require additional development to meet quality standards
  • Ensure clear objectives are identified, discussed and reviewed with the Service Lead on a regular basis as part of continuing professional development
  • Ensure that line-managed staff maintain appropriate clinical records in keeping with service operational policy and or that these are in line with best clinical practice
  • Ensure that line-managed staff participate in ongoing professional and personal development, identifying training needs and appropriate training to meet these needs
  • Engage, inspire and motivate direct reports and drive the positive working culture at Xyla Digital Therapies

To thrive in this role, you must ideally have…

    • Previous experience in managing large teams
    • Auditing experience and working with large data sets and Excel
    • Experience within healthcare with an interest and understanding in mental health
    • Excellent interpersonal skills
