Our client is one of the leading Housing Associations in the UK, currently managing over 70,000 homes and growing. They have a plan in place to increase their home numbers by building new housing, acquiring stock and developing new communities, and are maintaining their quality of service alongside the impressive growth.

They have an opportunity arise in their Estates Services Team for a Caretaking Supervisor, to be based in their South West London patch. The role is overseeing the team of in-house caretakers, delivering the responsive caretaker service for the estates and schemes. You will be responsible for maintaining standards, including cleanliness, customer services, security, H&S, training and staff welfare.

Main responsibilities include:

*Supervise the team’s activities on a day to day basis, setting the high standards required and delivering the customer service levels.
*Ensure the team’s activities meet the set objectives and KPIs.
*Work with other teams within the company’s structure.
*Oversee contractors and suppliers contracts
*Maintain relationships with residents, team members and other parts of the business.
*Maintain stock levels and procure where appropriate
*Ensure all team’s training is up to date, H&S standards met and development is encouraged.

For this role you will be required to own a vehicle suitable for work use, be PC literate, be able to complete staff appraisals, have excellent communication skills and be a motivator of staff.
