Job Role:- Providing high quality global logistics services and developing optimal logistics solutions for their customers. Daily

duties :- Provide 1st line support for all user CargoWise issues that arise Assist in CargoWise IT projects including company system implementations Utilise 2nd line escalation when required Support of problems with various Microsoft applications Basic level network infrastructure support Some IT supplier related activities e.g., Procurement 3 Personal Attributes:- Attention to detail and logical approach Excellent written and spoken English Interest in project work Flexible and resilient Optimum time management and able to effectively prioritise tasks Proactive Strong analytical
