Service Care Construction are looking for an experienced caretaker to join an excellent team within a Local Authority in the Cheshire region. As a caretaker working for a local authority you will have practical experience of building maintenance and repairs, including electrical and PAT testing. You will hold a full current driving license as a van will be provided.

As a caretaker working for a local authority in the Cheshire area you will be required to carry out such works as basic security and maintenance of buildings. Along with cleaning and waste management of properties. Please note successful applicants will be required to pass police vetting.
