CARETAKER / SITE MANAGER

2 SCHOOL CARETAKERS / SITE MANAGERS NEEDED NOW

My client a nationwide facilities management company are looking for 2 experienced School Caretakers one each for two of the schools they manage in the SL2 area of Slough.

You would be expected to manage the delivery of all services within the schools in accordance with the contract SLA’s and to ensure the smooth running of the school. To manage the standard of building maintenance, cleanliness, security, and grounds to the highest of standards.

As well as undertaking regular inspections of the building to ensure that all reactive maintenance are logged with the help desk and appropriate action taken.

The work is mainly Monday – Friday though there will be an element of out of hours working.

As it is a school environment you would need an ENHANCED DBS Certificate.
