Caretaker

Salary: £26,000 per year

We are looking for someone hardworking and proactive, to be a part of the Pinewoods Team!

We need a caretaker who is assertive and keen to go the extra mile.

Hours:

– Monday – Friday: 8am – 5pm

40 hours a week

Duties:

– Patrol the inside and outside of the building for any suspicious activity.

– Review CCTV footage, in real time, to ensure the security of the building.

– Manage delivered packages and make sure they are left with the correct apartment

– Testing of the fire alarms and lift auto diallers

– Touching up of any paintwork that needs repairing and up general upkeep of the area.

– Prepare Bins, check any recycling is in the correct bin. Ready for bin collection day.

Person Specification:

– Previous experience in a Caretaker role, to a high standard.

– Honest and Reliable

– Excellent communication and customer service skills
