A successful Secondary School in Warwickshire are seeking a positive, well-organised and reliable Caretaker to join their site team.

The successful applicant must be able to understand and comply with health and safety regulations, Have the ability to work in close partnership with staff and assist the running of the School on a day-to-day basis.

The school are eager to meet with someone who is reliable, hardworking, aware of health and safety and not afraid to get involved supporting the maintenance of the premisies

As part of the premises team, you must be able to oversee cleaning staff and manage external contractors.

There is a level of flexibility required and being well organised to ensure daily tasks are carried out maintaining the School to a high standard.
