Salary: £26,000 per year
We have a fantastic opportunity at 1st Grade Care. We are seeking a Care Supervisor at our Newport Branch you will be responsible for the following:
Duties will include:
Care Package set ups
Care Package Reviews
Spot checking Care Assistants
Auditing care logs
Support the full-time coordinator with rota completion if required
Carrying out Medication Competency assessments with Care Assistants
Holding Inductions for new Care Assistants
Assisting the branch manager with Safeguarding’s and daily tasks
Monitoring & Managing quality
Ongoing Mentoring to staff
On Call Duties
Benefits:
Weekly Salary: £26,000per year
Additional on Call Payment (On a rota system)

Full-Time
Ideal Candidate:
At least 2 years previous care experience.
Excellent organisation skills.
Ability to think outside of the box.
Commitment & flexibility.
Be computer literate.
Excellent communication skills.
Driving License and access to your own vehicle
Level 3 Health and Social Care (required)
Previous experience in a supervisor/senior role
