Care Home Adviser

Due to continued growth, we are seeking two part time Telephonists to work at our premises in Lowestoft, Suffolk.

This position is ideally suited as a Job Share working 30 hours each Monday to Friday.

The shifts to be covered are: 10am-4pm & 4pm-10pm

In addition, we are seeking a Weekend Care Home Advisor to cover both Saturday and Sunday

Duties include:

– To provide efficient and good quality customer service

– To provide appropriate information and answer enquiries

– To maintain, develop and apply knowledge of the care homes within the Kingsley Healthcare group

– Ensure all calls are accurately logged

The successful candidates will have:

– Excellent communication skills

– Confident, professional telephone manner

– Customer services experience

30 hours per week, Monday to Friday per person
