We also offer excellent training, including a Diploma in Health and Social Care, both level 2 and 3, depending on your experience and job role. Our management team is here to offer you the support you need as you learn and develop in your career as a care assistant.

Care Assistant / Carer Duties:

* Caring for the residents in residential and nursing homes

* Delivering high quality personal care to our clients’ service users in all areas of their activities of daily living in a private and dignified manner.

* Meeting the emotional needs of our clients’ service users by listening to and conversing with them whilst carrying out practical tasks.

* Work as a member of a team to create and maintain a co-operative and friendly environment within our clients’ homes.

Care Assistant / Carer Specification:

* Previous experience in care (paid job)

* Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal

* Flexibility in shift patterns

* Good team player

* Empathetic and caring towards residents
