Care Assistant / Home Carer (Adult Social Care)

Position: Home Carer
Location: Corby, Kettering, Wellingborough, Daventry, Towcester and Northampton.
Hours: Various to include earliest, lates and weekends
Salary: £26,000per yearPro rata (Mileage paid at 45p per mile with Travel time included, paid time at annual salary of pay)
Benefits: includes Qualifying period applies, up to 6 weeks leave (pro-rata), full training programme and development opportunities, Pension Scheme, occupational sickness pay up to 4 weeks at full pay etc.
About the Role:
As a Care Assistant/ Home Carer, you will provide a specialist support service, enabling Adults to get the most out of life by providing a personalised service that responds to customers as their individual requirements change and develop.
The Support provided is flexible and responsive so customers receive the services they really need. You will assist with personal Care, management of medication, financial and budget support, social inclusion and development, motivation and encouragement, support planning, preparation of cooking and other key areas of support within the home.
About you:
will be empathetic and passionate about care, ensuring each individuals dignity, privacy independence and choice is supported. You will be able to travel effectively using your own transport (mileage allowance is paid at 45 per mile and paid at the hourly rate), flexible and reliable and able to meet the physical requirements of the role. You must be over 18.
You may have experience of the following: Care worker, Carer, Health Care Assistant, Support Worker, Special Needs, Nurses, Teaching Assistant, Family Support Worker, Outreach Support Worker, Social Care Worker, Disability Assistant, Case Worker, Support Worker, Customer Support, Social Worker, Mental Health Care Worker, Community Nurse, Community Support Worker, Care Assistant, Youth Development Officer, Voluntary Worker, Community Liaison, Nursing etc.
