Our Client:

Our clients offer person centred support to elderly residents, many of whom suffer Learning disabilities, dementia or mild mental health issues and poses challenging behaviour. The residential homes are set in fantastic settings, many close to public transport links.

The Role:

Our clients offer supported living, residential and outreach support services for adults with learning disabilities, mild to moderate mental health and some physical disabilities. Knowledge and experience of supporting individuals with autism / ASD would also be highly beneficial as would the ability to effectively manage challenging behavior, both verbal and physical.

You will:

* Hold a valid DBS (Registered with the online service checker)
* Must have an NVQ3 in Health & Social Care or above.
* Able to work shifts, morning, evening, night.

If you have a DBS that is registered with the online update service, we can offer you work more quickly. You must be able to provide a minimum of 3 years references and either have all mandatory training in date, or be prepared to complete this prior to starting your assignment.
