Our client is currently seeking passionate Care Assistants to join their lovely home. The home itself is a thirty-eight capacity Newbury rest home, ideal for individuals with a variety of care needs to achieve a comfortable lifestyle, with access to skilled carers at all hours of the day and night.

Purpose of the Care Assistant role:
To be part of the team, whose aims are to ensure that residents’ care, personal and psychological needs are met on a daily basis.
To help promote as much personal and physical independence and choice as possible in the activities of daily living undertaken by the residents within the Care Home.
To help maintain a stimulating and attractive environment for the residents.

Key Qualities of the Care Assistant:
Must be punctual
Must be able to remain diplomatic
Must be approachable and professional at all times
