We are currently seeking to recruit an experienced used car Sales Executive to join our Client’s Main Dealer Sales Team in Luton. Experience in a Motor-trade Sales Executive position within a Franchised Dealer in the automotive industry is essential for this position.

Having built a solid, showroom-based Sales career, you’ll be highly customer focussed and with the ability to build a great rapport with those that enter the dealership. Guiding customers through a structured sales process in an empathetic and supportive way, you’ll always be striving to go the extra mile to not only exceed customer expectations, but also those of the business.

You will have an eye for detail and a desire to maximise on each opportunity, ensuring that each customer leaves the Dealership having been given the opportunity to take advantage of a portfolio of add-on products and payment options.

Ideally, we are looking for stable and proven Car Sales experience gained within a franchised dealership.

You’ll need to be positive, driven and highly proactive and want to work for a prestige brand and be able to portray the image in the brand. In return you can expect the support of an established company and successful brand along with an excellent salary and career prospects.
