Camera Operator (Studio / TV Broadcasting)

The club has expanded its commercial team with a view to increase its international and domestic fanbase and presence.
Position: Camera Operator
Location: Liverpool, Merseyside
Role type: Permanent full time position working on a 5 out of 7 basis based in Liverpool City Centre.
Salary: £Competitive
ROLE:
LFC TV broadcasts seven days a week with a mixture of news, match action, exclusive interviews with the manager and players, in-depth analysis, archive matches and studio discussions. The team is based in Liverpool city centre but they cover live match build-up and commentary from their Stadium in Anfield and live Reserve and Academy match action.
They are now have an exciting opportunity for a Camera Operator.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the maintenance and operation of portable single cameras, operate and set-up studio cameras and equipment along with the ability to set appropriate lighting for internal / external shoots.
In addition the successful candidate will have a good appreciation of video and audio encoding technologies and experience of working with Adobe editing software.
ESSENTIAL SKILLS / EXPERIENCE:
The successful candidate will have good colour vision with excellent hand-to-eye co-ordination. You will have the desire to learn new skills and will have the ability to multi-task and film under pressure during live studio programmes and out in the field on external shoots.
The successful candidate will be flexible and will work in a shift pattern which is dictate by frequently changing football fixtures.
You may have experience of the following: Camera Operator, Sports, Football, Cinematographer, Videographer, Camera Assistant, Lead Tape Operator, Adobe, FCP, Editor etc.
