C# / Vb.net Developer

C# / VB.Net developer required for my Bedfordshire based client.

Technical Skills required are as follows:

* Excellent command of the.Net Development environment (C#/VB.net) (essential)
* Good command of VB6 Application development environment
* Good working knowledge of database programming skills (SQL7/2000/2005/2008/SQLLite/MySQL/Oracle)
* Experience with Visual Foxpro/C an advantage.
* Experience in developing applications for both Windows (XP/7)

Other Skills:

* The ability to deliver high quality software to agreed timescales.
* The ability to work under pressure and take instruction without the need for detailed supervision.
* Good oral and written communication skills.
* The ability to carry out risk assessment on a given piece of work.
* The ability to work unaided, and (depending on experience) mentor other team members as required.

Qualifications and Experience:

* An appropriate degree or equivalent professional qualification.
* Typically a minimum of three years working within a software development environment.
