Job Description
– Deputise for Directors when absent in relation to operational issues
– Implementation of operational policies
– Maintain Individual targets by on-going support
– Lead the team to exceed Customer expectations
– Working with a mixture of corporate accounts booking travel arrangement using Amadeus and other resources available
– Managing Complaints and Problem solving with assistance of Director
– Training issues to be highlighted and managed
– Providing a high level of customer care throughout the team
– Maximise revenue and margin opportunities without compromising customer satisfaction.
– Working under pressure ensuring attention to detail at all times

Experienced Required
The suitable candidate with have a strong back in travel, operations and the corporate travel market. You will have in depth knowledge of a GDS system and experience of managing a team to high standards.

Package
The successful candidate will receive a competitive basic salary up to £36,000depending on experience!
