The Role:
As a Business Development Manager you will be at the forefront of driving the growth of products and systems. Your responsibilities will include:
· Developing the commercial activities of products and systems.
· Building strong customer relationships and identifying business opportunities.
· Collaborating with the sales management and product specialists to create customer proposals and negotiate terms.
· Coordinating with equipment sales and operations teams to ensure excellent customer service.
· Handling customer and supplier issues effectively.
· Supporting marketing initiatives and trade events to promote our company.
· Reporting on sales activity and market/competitor intelligence.
· Develop the companies precision conveyor products
The ideal candidate for this role will have:
· Proven experience in as a Sales Engineer
· Experience of providing solutions for relevant applications within one or more of the following sectors; Food & Beverage Automotive, Aerospace, Medical and Industrial end user market sectors.
· Strong organisational skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
· Experience with structured sales processes, pipeline management, and CRM systems.
· Excellent communication and presentation skills.
· IT proficiency in mainstream Microsoft Office programs.
· HND or equivalent within mechanical engineering
