Salary: £72,000 – £75,600 per year
Our client is a fast growing national Top 500 law firm with a good modern culture and good career prospects at all levels. They have a newly joint venture with a financial organisation of equally good repute.
They need an outstanding Business Development Manager who will truly shape the firm and its growth.

You’ll be reporting directly to the Executive Chairman, and will be solely responsible for the business development for Financial Services in a business management role.
This role is all about generating opportunities through both direct marketing and client-facing people, focussed on sales in the private client legal sector, through lawyers, not sales teams.
A key factor in success will be the “ability to change attitudes/behaviours”. You will build internal networks with the senior leadership team and client facing colleagues, as well as those involved in the financial services business
You will act as the bridge between my client and their joint venture partner, and will work jointly on developing the client proposition to enable teams to introduce and market products and services.
Here’s what we need:-
- Experience in a sales role in financial services business
- Demonstrable track record of success as a business developer – IMPACT
- Experience in a professional services business
- Ability to work under pressure
- Have excellent written and verbal communication
- Good attention to detail
