Our international client, with a global network of offices, provides business executives around the world with tailored practical conferences, large-scale events, research, and analytics keeping them up to date with industry trends, technological developments, and the regulatory landscape. To maintain their enviable position, they have an immediate need in Central London for an experienced Business Development Manager.
Business Development Manager duties:
* Market research and lead sourcing
* Targeting Finance and IT Sectors
* Building bespoke sponsorship packages
* Managing the full sales cycle
* Pipeline building
* Outreach and engagement
* Connecting executives to advance the sector
* Collaborate with internal teams
Business Development Manager requirements:
* Be educated to degree level
* Be intelligent, inquisitive and possess a minimum of 3+ years sales experience
* Possess a proven record of sales success in conference, event, media, or publication sales
* Have finance or IT sector experience
* Possess business acumen, motivation, and a dynamic yet professional approach to account management
* Demonstrate first-class communication and presentation skills and the ability to engage with C-level decision-makers
* Be sporty, outgoing, social, and energetic, and have a strong personality
