Salary: £26,000 per year

Ambipro Recruitment are looking to recruit for a Legal Secretary for their client in Sheffield.

The purpose of this role will be to assist the BD Managers across a range of work to implement business development plans.

Duties include:
• Working closely with members of the BD and marketing team to support various firm – wide initiatives
• Plan, execute and follow up on internal and external events
• Assist with the production of client publications
• Co- ordinate legal directories submissions
• Update marketing materials, including web content and social media to support various marketing campaigns and initiatives
• Assist with key client programme and account plans
• Conduct desktop research into markets
• Assist the BD Manager with the pitch process, including tracking, monitoring and amending pitches documents
• Assist the BD team with the admin, preparation and follow up of BD initiatives
• Provide admin support, such as expense claims, diary management, event bookings to the wider marketing team
The successful candidate will have the following:

• Have the ability to work to deadlines and be flexible
• Have effective communication skills
• Be proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint

Candidates must be educated to degree level and have an interest in working towards CIM qualification. This role would suit a self-motivated graduate eager to develop a career in marketing in the legal sector.

This role is being offered on a full time, permanent basis. The salary on offer will be in the region of £26,000annum DOE.
