We are on the hunt for a Business Development Analyst to join a true success story in the world of design and build fit out.

Working as part of the Business Development team which forms part of the overall sales team, the Business Development Analyst will play a key role in compiling and collating sales leads in to tangible and meaningful information that the team can use to ultimately win business from prospective clients. Information will be generated in various ways and will need to be documented on the internal CRM. The critical measure of success in this role will be the impact the postholder has in supporting the sales team identify and convert new business.

Development Analyst – key responsibilities:

• Sales research; accurately recording information in CRM system
• Improving quality of lead information from networking and other sources
• Utilising CRM to identify performance, sector and information trends
• Database administration
• Sales Administration
• Comprehensive reporting
• Working closely alongside and reporting in to the Business Development Manager

Business Development Analyst – qualifications, skills and expertise:

• Strong attention to detail
• Analytical and logical mindset
• Ability to think and work independently
• Exceptional communication skills written and verbal
• Experience of using and analysing data with CRM experience would be ideal
• Strong IT skills
