Business Co-ordinator
Job Description
Our Client is currently seeking a Business Coordinator with a cheerful and friendly personality to join their team. As the first point of contact for customers, the ideal candidate will ensure a welcoming and valued experience. The role involves a variety of face-to-face, telephone, and email customer service duties, as well as various administrative tasks for businesses within.
Business Coordinator
NG10, Sandiacre
£25,000 – £30,000 per annum
Monday-Thursday, 9:30-6 (Friday/Saturday off), Sunday 10-4
Responsibilities:
- Answer and direct incoming calls, providing accurate information and resolving customer queries/complaints.
- Assist visitors with inquiries, direct them to the appropriate person or department, and ensure prompt resolution of their needs.
- Greet and welcome all visitors, clients, and employees with a cheerful and professional demeanor.
- Assist the Manager with tasks including helping customers choose the correct service, handling bookings, online payments, paperwork, and addressing customer queries.
- Assist with various administrative tasks as required.
Requirements:
- Exceptional organizational abilities and attention to detail, with the ability to work alone and as part of a team.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer skills, including familiarity with office software (e.g., Microsoft Office suite).
- Be available to work Sundays and on call on Saturdays as per the assigned Schedule
