Business Analyst / Product Owner

Salary: £48,000 – £60,000 per year

We are looking to hire a Product Owner, who can work remotely but will also be required to come to our office in Liverpool once a week for team meetings/ product workshops. They are scaling up the product team to support an expanding product suite and platform capabilities. This means we have a fantastic opportunity for a talented product owner to join the team. It provides a great opportunity for those who love to drive continuous improvement as we grow and mature.

Working closely with the management team, key business stakeholders and the product team, you will ensure clear direction on the work required to develop and maintain the product(s), working within an Agile framework.You’ll support the strategic direction of the product portfolio via a well-maintained backlog of requirements and supporting artefacts ensuring maximum value is delivered to customers whilst considering risk, constraints, our standards, and future state.

You will have recent experience as a Product Owner or Business Analyst and have worked within an agile environment. You’ll need to be highly organised with good planning, communication, and presentation skills. You will have a growth mindset and be a great team player. If you have a good understanding of product development in an Agile environment, are comfortable with ambiguity, understand startup cultures and are looking for a great team with an infectious desire to want to make something truly amazing then we definitely want to hear from you.
