Salary: £34,800 per year
An exciting opportunity has arisen with a blue chip market leader for an experienced business analyst to work at the office in Essex.
The role:
To produce analytical tools, reports and Key Performance Indicators that constantly improve the standards and service levels of the contract.
To measure operational performance and communicate this information to the client and the operations to assist in the management and monitoring of their performance.
To support the business in the planning of the operations
Skills
-Excellent knowledge of SQL
-Excellent knowledge of relational databases
-Excellent knowledge of report writing tools; Report Builder, Business Objects, Crystal Reports
-Ability to pick up complex processes quickly
-Ability to analyse complex information in depth
-Problem solving skills
-Good communication and presentation skills
-Translating technical information for non-technical people
Experience
-Reporting on complex data systems
-Querying SQL databases
-Designing and implementing information systems
-Producing KPIs
-Problem solving
-Process engineering
