I am looking for an experienced IT Business Analyst to join my team. You will play a crucial role in executing business analysis activities, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring successful delivery within our predominantly Waterfall methodology.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute business analysis for diverse projects and continuous improvement streams.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams for successful delivery of business requirements.
• Utilise expertise in leading CRM, ERP, HR, and Payroll systems to enhance and streamline business processes.
• Work as a core member of project teams to plan business change and support implementation.
• Engage with third-party vendors for world-class solutions.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Proven experience in IT business analysis in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects concurrently.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Demonstrated experience in third-party vendor/solution selection.
