Business Analyst / Consultant Business Intelligence / Analytics

Leading international Management Consulting firm are looking to hire and experienced Business Analyst / Business Consultant to join their London based team. The organisation are truly global organisation with over 40 years’ experience, operating in the financial services, telecommunications and pharmaceuticals market. Working within the technology division the successful candidate will work on delivering solutions to end clients in the following areas; Information Management, Business Intelligence, Reporting, Analytics, CRM and Process Automation.  

The main roles and responsibilities for this London based Business Analyst / Consultant are highlighted below

• Act as the bridge between business and technical teams in the following areas: business drivers, business process, user-centric design, experience design, and technology areas such data warehouse design  
• Lead the project management work stream. This will include project plan; management of end client expectations
• Manage and requirements gathering process by meeting with key stakeholders to define the business and functional requirements and system goals.
• Manage the UAT & system enhancement requests;
• Advise on business process enhancements based on experience, knowledge, and gaps in AS-IS and TO-BE  
• Responsibility for the development of documentation for applications, including mock-ups, demos, reference manuals, training materials
• Coach and mentor teams,
• Conduct & develop training programs within requirements gathering and business process modeling

The skills and experience needed for this London based Business Analyst / Consultant are highlighted below

• Educated to degree level
• A minimum of 5 years of relevant consulting experience working on technology delivery engagements.
• Software deployment or implementation experience from a business perspective
• Strong business analysis and project management experience
• Project experience of the full SDLC
• Project experience within; Information Management, Business Intelligence, Reporting, Analytics or CRM
• Strong client facing skills and the ability to forge, maintain and develop excellent working relationships.
• Willingness to travel to client sites

In addition to the above the following is highly desirable

• Experience of working within the pharmaceutical industry
• Fluency in a European language
