Salary: £51,600 – £61,200 per year

Can you commute to Windsor and Bracknell?

An excellent opportunity has arisen for Business Analysts to join a forward thinking financial services company on a permanent basis. Our client is going through a big time of growth so there are several opportunities for Business Analysts with the relevant skills sets to join them, they are currently situated in Windsor town centre but will be moving to Bracknell in June 2016.
The Successful business analysts will work as part of a small team and the successful candidates will provide detailed business analysis for a range of technical and business led projects. You MUST have experience of working in Agile – ideally with experience of Scrum! The successful candidate will be the bridge between software development teams and business stakeholders throughout the entire software development lifecycle. Helping to extract and capture requirements, negotiate priorities, and be part of the product delivery.
The role of business analyst will include:
Seeking to improve business processes and systems to fully support the companies’ business mission.
Working closely with technical teams and product owners, the role acts as liaison between business strategy and product development.
Mapping complex new business processes or changes to existing processes spanning multiple business units & regions
Other responsibilities will include:
Taking responsibility for the requirements elicitation process, identifying what stakeholder input is required and when
Capturing business requirements as user stories
Using wireframes and mock-ups to aid the capture and playback of requirements
Identifying solutions and assess for technical/business suitability
Playback solution to end-users and work through any issues, amending solution if needed
