Bus Passenger Surveyor

We are looking for a large number of candidates to work as Bus Passenger Surveyors in various locations across South East London including Wandsworth, Bromley, Croydon and Lewisham. This is a fantastic opportunity, to work on a temporary basis, which requires hard working, customer-focused staff.

The main purpose of this role is to gather vital information from passengers travelling on buses across London. You will be doing this by handing out and collecting passenger surveys.

The survey runs from Monday to Friday and you must be flexible enough to cover any given shift between 5.30am and 11.00pm. The shifts that you are required to work will normally match driver schedules and can be up to ten hours in length.

You will be required to travel to start locations using public transport only, as car parking is not available in most areas, so you must have access to good transport links.

The position starts ASAP and will last for approx. 4 months, with the possibility of further work in the future. The rate of pay is £26,000per year rising to £10.50 after 8pm, you will also receive free travel to and from work.

Be fully flexible Monday to Friday from 5.30am to 11.00pm
Be willing and able to travel to any London area for work
Have previous public-facing customer service experience
