Salary: £31,200 per year
My Client is one of the largest Bus operators in the UK Operating out of several regions: North East, Yorkshire, North West, Wales, Midlands and the South East.
They are currently looking for safe, professional, experienced and non-experienced drivers with a PCV licence & CPC for their North London Depots, to deliver passengers to their destinations safely.
These Depots include: Woodgreen, Tottenham, Stamford Hill, Clapton, Enfield, Palmers Green.
As a PCV driver you will be expected to not only have excellent driving skills, but you’ll also need to be passionate about customer service as you will be representing the brand at all times. You will be required to operate the company’s services in a safe, professional and customer orientated manner whilst observing Road Traffic Laws and VOSA guidelines. Working as a bus driver isn’t just another driving job!
You’ll need to be passionate about customer service, love working with the immense variety of people who live and work in your area and be able to stay calm under pressure.
Your Duties will include:
* Driving vehicles safely,
* completing vehicle walk round checks,
* Dealing with the public,
* Provide timetable/general information and promote fares to customers.

Full training will be given for successful non experienced-PCV drivers and further initial training includes ticket training, customer service training and type training, so you are familiar with different bus types within the business. There will also be promotion prospects within the company.

Minimum of 18 years of age (DVLA Regulations)
* A full UK or EC driving licence
*?Minimum of two years (car) driving experience in the UK
*?No more than 6 points on your licence
*?No criminal convictions
* Have a CPC qualification
* Hold a full PCV/ Cat D Drivers licence
