Bulgarian Speaking Market Researcher

TEMPORARY, FULL-TIME HOURS, 4 WEEKS PLUS

Would you like the opportunity to use your Bulgarian language skills in a business to business capacity, as a Market Researcher? Do you have a natural flair for engaging with people and an analytical mindset? We are looking for a Bulgarian speaking Market Researcher / Telephone Interviewer candidates, with previous exposure to working in qualitative market research or quantitative market research.

Role Description:

-Conducting B2B telephone interviews with clients in the building solutions sector in Bulgaria
-Working in an unscripted or semi-structured telephone interviewing format, you will engage with clients to extract key market intelligence or competitor intelligence.
-Updating the business intelligence findings in a database
-Performing some basic market research analysis or commentary on your findings where required
-Working on a multi-country market research consultancy study, which will contribute to client annual market reports in the building sector
-Working closely with the project managers, reporting feedback and updates on your progress.

Person Specification:

You will be an experienced Bulgarian speaking market research interviewer, with at least 3 months` experience from a B2B telephone interviewing environment or similar.
You must be fluent in Bulgarian to native or business quality, with excellent verbal and written skills.
We need our candidates to have a track-record of reliability, and you must be the type of person who enjoys professional telephone interaction with clients.
