The Company
Our Client is a well-established, market-leading, global Lloyd’s Broker who with a strong reputation in delivering an exceptional service that sets them aside from their competitors in this dynamic Market.
They are now looking a Broker Technician within their Non-Marine Team in a role that involves working alongside brokers to assist with the placement of risks.
Role Duties
·Working collaboratively with Brokers in a support role to assist with all pre-placement, placement, and post-placement activities
·Producing client and market documentation including Market Reform Contracts and Endorsements
·The monitoring of premium payments by liaising with clients to ensure smooth payments to Underwriters
·Building and maintain relationships with markets and clients
·Ensure that all files/electronic files and insurance placements are recorded correctly onto internal systems
·Responsible for dealing with clients in a timely and professional manner
About You
·You will have 3 years + of London Market experience within a technical support position
·Experience in Non-Marine business (Property, Construction, Casualty PI, FI OR Energy)
·Proficient in creating or processing client and market documentation
·Experience in using Xchanging or PPL
