As one of the fastest growing agencies in South Wales, Prospero are URGENTLY looking for dedicated, reliable and enthusiastic individuals to join our existing team of teachers working in Bridgend.

We are currently working with numerous Secondary schools(including the Welsh Medium school) in Bridgend and URGENTLY require Secondary Teachers to work in Bridgend starting in September. At the end of last term I was turning work away on a daily basis, so there is also the possibility of a guaranteed pay scheme. Supply work is an excellent way of building a lot of experience and knowledge over a short period of time. It is a brilliant way to develop teaching skills and have an impact on education standards local to you. It can also be another way to get into a long term or permanent position by building relationships with a range of schools. Teachers who make a good impression in schools through supply work are often requested by those schools to work the positions as and when they come available.

We are ultimately looking for applicants who enjoy and specialise teaching in Secondary and SEN schools. In this candidate-led environment, the better you are, the more work you will ultimately secure for yourself.
