Due to the further expansion of this blue chip client, with an enviable reputation as being a fantastic company to work for and offer one of the best overall industry packages out there. They now require a Branch Manager for their rapidly growing offices in Wakefield.

The ideal candidate for this role would be either an existing Branch Manager or someone who either has long term aspirations to become a Manager and who is currently a Consultant, Senior Consultant or Team Leader but would prefer to bill and grow a team.

Ideally you will have worked as a Temps or Perms Recruitment Consultant in the Driving/Industrial/Commercial sector of Recruitment, however successful consultants from other recruitment sectors will be considered.

You will need to be an excellent business developer, have the ability to build strong client and candidate relationships, be a self starter, ambitious and want to be the architect of your own career.
